Terms and conditions

These terms cover everything you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering.

Who we are

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email you to confirm the order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before proceeding rather than simply cancelling.

Our ten percent commitment

We give ten percent of the value of every order to Protect Our Winters Europe, on every item, including discounted ones. This is calculated on the price you pay for goods, excluding delivery, and is net of any order that is cancelled or refunded.

When this commitment goes live, Mountain Fitness will be acting as a commercial participator in relation to Protect Our Winters Europe under Part II of the Charities Act 1992, under a written agreement with that charity. Nothing is sold until that agreement is in place.

Cancellation and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, for any reason. The full detail is on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Faulty goods

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Sizing and colour

Measurements in our size guide are taken from the garments themselves. Screens vary, so colours may not be reproduced exactly.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
