Returns and cancellations

We want you to keep what you buy because you like it, not because returning it was too much trouble. This page sets out your legal rights and how we handle them.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it. You do not have to give a reason.

This right applies to everything we sell. Our items are made after you order them, but they are made to a standard design in standard sizes rather than to your personal specification, so the exemption for bespoke goods does not apply and you keep the full cancellation right.

How to cancel

Email us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within those 14 days. A clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

Sending the item back

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to:

You pay the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service, because until it reaches us the item is your responsibility and we cannot refund what we do not receive.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds go to the payment method you used.

We refund the price you paid plus the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard cost rather than the upgrade.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the item has been handled more than was necessary to check it. Trying something on is fine. Wearing or washing it is not.

Exchanges

If the size is wrong, email us before you start a return. We would far rather send you the right size than refund you, and an exchange is usually quicker for both of us. You are still entitled to a refund instead if you prefer one.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email [EMAIL ADDRESS] with a photograph within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not usually need to send anything back. This is separate from, and in addition to, your cancellation rights above.

Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this, but you may. An email saying the same thing is enough.
