Privacy
This explains what we do with your personal information. The short version: we use it to send you what you ordered, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who is responsible
Data controller
Sottorete Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17325195
71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ
[EMAIL ADDRESS]
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Registration number [ICO NUMBER].
What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can fulfil your order
- Your order history, and any addresses you save to an account
- Your email address, if you sign up to The Pulse, our monthly email. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and we use the address for nothing else
- Basic information about how the site is used
We never see your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Buying as a guest, or with an account
You can check out as a guest. If you do, we keep only what is needed to take payment, send your order and meet our legal record keeping duties. There is nothing to log in to and nothing to delete.
If you create an account, we also store your saved addresses and your order history so you do not have to type them again. You can ask us to delete the account at any time and we will, keeping only the order records that tax law requires us to hold.
Your password is handled by our shop platform and stored in a form we cannot read. We will never ask you for it.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- To perform our contract with you, which covers everything needed to take and fulfil an order
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax
- With your consent, for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to get your order to you: our fulfilment partner, who makes and posts the item, our payment provider, our shop platform, and our delivery carrier. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [EMAIL ADDRESS] and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work, such as remembering what is in your bag. Anything beyond that is only set if you agree.
